Order and Preorder Conditions Orders and preorders are considered final when payed. Preorders that are not payed, do not guarantee that you will get the product. Cancelling orders and preorders is possible, but will be subject to a fee of 10€ per item cancelled (due to the administrative work involved), Paypal fees involved, credit notes that have to be made etc). Preorders are always subject to the product arriving in our store as we don't have any control over this. Kickstarter Conditions Kickstarter orders are considered final when payed. Unpaid Kick starter orders will not guarantee that you will get the stock. Cancelling Kick starter orders is possible, but will be subject to a fee of 10€ per item cancelled (due to the administratie work involved).
