Strike from the shadows and enforce the Will of the Emperor with the Star Wars: Legion – Imperial Special Forces Unit Expansion from Atomic Mass Games! Designed for the Galactic Empire, this versatile expansion introduces seven hard plastic miniatures that can be assembled as an elite Imperial Special Forces squad or the legendary Inferno Squad led by Iden Versio and Gideon Hask.

Equipped with E-11D blaster rifles, specialized heavy weapons, and covert operational training, this expansion provides Imperial commanders with flexible long-range marksmen and deadly infiltrate operatives.

Elite Operations for the Galactic Empire

BOARDGAMEGENERAL ADVICE

At Boardgamegeneral, the Imperial Special Forces pack is widely regarded as one of the best multi-build expansions in the entire Star Wars: Legion Imperial range.

Having the option to assemble either standard Special Forces or the named Inferno Squad gives players incredible roster-building versatility out of a single box. The Infiltrate keyword allows you to threaten Rebel sniper teams and backline objective holders on turn one, while their red defense dice ensure they stay alive under counterfire.

For Empire players running Iden Versio, Agent Kallus, or Darth Vader, adding these elite commandos provides the exact precision firepower needed to complement heavy armor and Stormtrooper lines.

Verdict: A top-tier Special Forces expansion for Imperial players. Outstanding hard plastic sculpts, flexible unit choices, and lethal long-range precision.
