Article 1 - General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through the webshop. By placing an order, the customer ("Customer") agrees to these Terms. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Additional terms from the Customer are excluded unless explicitly accepted in writing in advance.

Article 2 - Prices
All prices are expressed in euros and, unless otherwise stated, include VAT.
Any shipping, administration, or reservation fees will be separately indicated during the ordering process.
Prices apply exclusively to the products explicitly described. Images may contain decorative elements not included in the price.
Obvious errors or mistakes in pricing do not bind the seller.

Article 3 - Offer
The online catalog and webshop are compiled with the utmost care. Nevertheless, some information may be incomplete or outdated.
The seller is not liable for material errors, typographical, or printing errors in the offer.
If a product is no longer available, the Customer will be informed and offered an alternative if possible.
The offer is valid while supplies last and can be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Article 4 - Ordering and Payment
Orders are completed through the webshop and must be fully paid before processing.
Payment can be made via the available payment methods, such as bank transfer, credit card, or other provided options.
The seller reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of payment issues or previous shortcomings by the Customer.

Article 5 - Delivery and Execution of the Agreement
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
The standard delivery period is a maximum of 30 days unless otherwise stated. If this period is not feasible, the Customer will be informed.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer once the goods are physically received.
Visible damages or shortcomings must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Article 6 - Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason unless otherwise specified.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products.
The Customer must notify the seller of the withdrawal via an unambiguous statement (in writing or by email) and return the goods in their original condition and packaging.
Return costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
If the product has depreciated due to use beyond what was necessary to assess it, a compensation fee may be charged.
The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the return via the original payment method.

Article 8 - Warranty
The legal warranty applies to all products in accordance with consumer protection laws.
The Customer must provide proof of purchase to claim the warranty.
Warranty does not apply in cases of:

• Improper use or negligence.
• Drops or external damage.
• Incorrect maintenance or modifications to the product.

Article 9 - Non-Payment and Penalties
In case of late payment, the Customer owes interest on the unpaid amount by law and without notice.
The seller reserves the right to cancel orders or suspend delivery until full payment is received.

Article 10 - Liability
The seller is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit due to the use of the products.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the involved product.
The seller is not responsible for delays or errors caused by external parties, such as transport services.

Article 11 - Privacy and Data Protection
The privacy of customers is respected, and personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.
Data is only used for processing orders and improving services.
Customer data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the execution of the agreement.

Article 12 - Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (e.g., strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, technical failures), the seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel the agreement without being liable for compensation.
If the force majeure situation lasts longer than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order.

Article 13 - Intellectual Property
All content on the webshop, such as images, texts, and logos, is the property of the seller or used with permission.
These may not be copied, shared, or used commercially without explicit written permission.

Article 14 - Disputes and Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
