Aventuria Card Game Hero Set Champion of the Mischief

Expand your roster of heroes with a tricky rascal! Play tricks on your opponents and experience a unexpected side-quest. The box includes the Hero Deck for the Champion of Mischief and a side-quest for your Aventuria campaign.

Bring chaos, trickery, and whimsical magic to the battlefield with the Aventuria: Hero Set – Champion of Mischief expansion from Ulisses Spiele! Introducing the iconic Aventurian Jester (Schelm) to Aventuria – The Adventure Card Game, this hero set lets you disrupt enemy strategies with bizarre illusions, playful pranks, and unpredictable spellwork.

Playable in both cooperative story adventures and head-to-head duels, this expansion includes a pre-constructed 30-card hero deck, specialized trickery markers, character counter dials, and exclusive equipment cards tailored for the game's most unorthodox hero.

Outsmart Foes with Whimsical Schelm Magic

Set in the rich fantasy universe of The Dark Eye (Das Schwarze Auge), Aventuria combines fast-paced hand management with deep tactical roleplaying mechanics. The Champion of Mischief Hero Set introduces a master of jester magic who views mortal conflict not as a grim struggle, but as a stage for absurd comedy and playful trickery.

Unlike traditional warriors or destructive battle-mages, the Jester controls the flow of battle through trickery, threat redirection, card manipulation, and chaotic spell effects that turn an opponent's own strength into their downfall.

BOARDGAMEGENERAL ADVICE

At Boardgamegeneral, the Aventuria Card Game line by Ulisses Spiele is celebrated for how authentically it captures the unique flavor of The Dark Eye setting.

The Champion of Mischief Hero Set brings one of Aventuria's most beloved and idiosyncratic archetypes—the Schelm—to the card game engine. It is a brilliant expansion for players who enjoy "control and disrupt" gameplay. Rather than racing to deal raw damage, the Jester breaks the traditional rules of engagement by forcing enemies into awkward situations, nullifying big attacks, and setting up game-winning plays for teammates.

If your customers own the Aventuria Core Box and want a hilarious, high-utility support hero that completely changes how a scenario plays out, this Hero Set is an absolute must-have.

Verdict: A delightfully quirky hero expansion that brings elite hand management, threat control, and pure Aventurian charm to both solo and group card campaigns.
