Centurion

Centurion is a standalone two-player abstract strategy game from Catalyst Game Labs, set around a Roman army theme.

Part of Catalyst’s Profile System line, Centurion uses double-sided troop tiles that change profile after each move. Each side of a tile shows different movement or attack options, so players must constantly adapt as their pieces shift between tactical possibilities.

Players begin with their Centurion and Legionnaires on the board, then draw new tiles or move pieces already in play. Capturing the opposing Centurion wins the game. The set includes thirteen different double-sided soldier tile designs and nineteen total tiles per side.

Centurion can be played on its own, or used asymmetrically against compatible Profile System armies from The Duke or Jarl.
