Conflict of Heroes: Guadalcanal 1942 – US Army Expansion adds the U.S. Army’s role in the Guadalcanal campaign from late October through December 1942. It expands the tactical possibilities of Conflict of Heroes: Guadalcanal with new forces, new unit types and additional rules.

The expansion introduces U.S. Army and National Guard units, along with the Melanesian Police who assisted American forces during the campaign. It also adds the Marine 2nd Raiders, who arrived on Guadalcanal in November after the Battle of Henderson Field.

New mine counters and rules are included, adding another layer of battlefield danger and scenario variety. This is a useful expansion for players who want to explore more of the Guadalcanal campaign beyond the initial Marine-focused battles.
