Silent War and IJN: Deluxe 2nd Edition

Silent War and IJN: Deluxe 2nd Edition is a solitaire World War II submarine campaign game covering the U.S. Navy’s submarine war against Imperial Japan.

Players take the role of Commander Submarines, U.S. Pacific Fleet, deploying boats across the Pacific to hunt Japanese shipping while managing patrol areas, losses, intelligence, torpedo improvements, wolfpacks, and historical events. Scenarios range from single-sub patrols to shorter campaigns and the full Pacific submarine war.

This Deluxe 2nd Edition combines Silent War with the IJN: Imperial Japanese Navy expansion, adding Japanese warships, major auxiliaries, tankers, and additional rules such as loners, crash dive, and targeting escorts. It also includes a mounted map, consolidated rules, revised tables, extra scenarios, and added playing pieces from Steel Wolves.
