Players command the major powers of the conflict across the European, North African, and Pacific theatres. The game aims for a substantial World War II experience with strategic scope and historical flavour, without becoming as overwhelming as the heaviest monster games in the genre.

Armies, fleets, air forces, theatres, scenarios, and national strategies all matter as players try to guide their side through the largest conflict of the twentieth century.

Contents include: 2 22" x 34" maps, 1 17" x 22" map, 4 sheets of 5/8" double-sided die-cut counters, rulebook, scenarios book, charts and tables, and dice.
