Total Domination is a strategic, card-driven area-control game of the Second World War for 1–4 players. Players command the Axis or Allies, using military operations, industrial development, diplomacy, resistance forces, codebreaking, and scientific breakthroughs to reshape the war across land, sea, and air.

The game can be played head-to-head by 2 players, or by 3–4 players in two teams. This bundle also includes the Deluxe Miniature Set, which replaces many of the standard cardboard unit markers with plastic miniatures for tanks, ships, aircraft, and resistance forces. The miniatures improve table presence but do not make this a separate game.
