Triumph of Chaos Deluxe Edition

Triumph of Chaos Deluxe Edition is a card-driven strategic wargame from Clash of Arms, covering the Russian Civil War between the Red and White forces. Players take on political and military command in a chaotic struggle shaped not only by armies, but also by factions, foreign intervention, shifting loyalties and the difficulty of holding a collapsing empire together.

This deluxe edition expands and refines the original Triumph of Chaos, adding a richer political and military environment. New and improved elements include Socialist Revolutionaries, Japanese involvement, Far Eastern warlords, revised Action Card choices and a replacement system that forces players to make difficult decisions about repairing, rebuilding and sustaining their forces.

The game uses a point-to-point, card-driven engine familiar to players of strategic historical wargames, while adding political mechanics to represent support from republics, border states and great powers. The result is a demanding but highly thematic game about one of the most fragmented and volatile conflicts of the 20th century.

Contents include: two enlarged game maps, upgraded counters with period artwork, improved player aids, setup cards, an expanded Faction Control Table and revised deluxe edition materials.
