Triumph of the Will: Nazi Germany vs. Imperial Japan, 1948 is an alternative history grand-strategic wargame set in a nightmare post-WWII world.

Players command victorious Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan as they turn on each other after conquering the globe. The game uses global area movement across two mapsheets, with armies, fleets, air forces, elite corps, reinforcements, conventional attacks, and nuclear strikes all handled through fast alternating actions.

The system keeps both players constantly involved, with each action passing momentum back and forth. Nuclear weapons can deliver devastating results, but too many strikes risk triggering nuclear winter and a shared defeat. Meanwhile, underground resistance forces can exploit gaps and raise rebellion behind the front.

This is a fast-playing, accessible treatment of a grim alternative history scenario, suited to players who enjoy global strategy, big “what if?” conflicts, and high-stakes escalation.

Contents include: two 34” x 22” mapsheets, two countersheets with 260 large 3/4” counters, one rulebook, and 12 dice.
