This pack gives Royal Navy players S-class submarines and Fairmile MTB sections for adding stealth, speed, and torpedo threats to their naval battles. The S-class submarines were designed for North European and Mediterranean waters, combining manoeuvrability with a strong torpedo armament. The Fairmile D, nicknamed the “Dog Boat,” was a flexible motor torpedo boat design that could be adapted for multiple roles, including gunboat and torpedo boat duties.

These small craft add useful tactical options to a Royal Navy fleet, forcing opponents to respect submerged threats, torpedo attacks, and fast coastal forces. Warlord Games notes that Victory at Sea includes rules for fielding both submarines and MTBs, making this a natural support pack for Royal Navy players.
