Add the German battleship Tirpitz to your Kriegsmarine fleet in Victory at Sea. Sister ship to the Bismarck, Tirpitz was the heaviest warship completed by a European navy and spent much of the war as a powerful threat-in-being, tying down Allied naval and air resources even when she remained in port.

Tirpitz served mainly in Norway, where her presence threatened Arctic convoys to the Soviet Union and forced the Royal Navy to keep major forces available in case she sailed. In Victory at Sea, she gives Kriegsmarine players a formidable capital ship for fleet actions, convoy scenarios, and what-if battles.
