Warfighter: Modern

Warfighter: Modern is a card-driven tactical combat game focused on present-day squad-level missions.

In each mission, you build your soldiers, equip them with weapons, skills, and combat gear, then move through hostile territory toward your objective. Every choice matters, from who you bring to what they carry.

The system uses modular mission building, combining objectives, locations, hostiles, and gear to create varied stand-alone missions.

Warfighter: Modern supports both solitaire and cooperative play, with missions usually playing in around 30 to 60 minutes. Combat accounts for range, weapon fire mode, ammo, suppression, and cover, giving each attack more texture than simply rolling and hoping.

This core game is the starting point for the modern Warfighter line and provides the soldiers, gear, enemies, counters, dice, and display sheet needed to begin running missions.

Contents include: 240 full-colour cards, 2 sheets of counters, a 33" x 17" display sheet, and 4 standard dice. Bullet dice are sold separately.
