Warfighter WWII: Mediterranean Expansion #79 – Gothic Line Fortifications is an expansion for DVG’s Warfighter WWII: Mediterranean, a card-driven tactical combat game focused on squad-level World War II missions.

In Warfighter, you build your squad, equip your soldiers, and take on dangerous missions while the game system controls the enemy forces. The modular system combines soldiers, weapons, gear, skills, objectives, fortifications, events, and hostiles to create varied solitaire or cooperative scenarios.

This expansion focuses on the Gothic Line, the major German defensive system across northern Italy during the late stages of the war. The line included machine-gun nests, bunkers, casemates, observation posts, artillery positions, and other prepared defenses that made the Allied advance through Italy slow and costly.

The pack adds fortification-focused objectives, defensive positions, skills, gear, and German Alpine hostiles and events, giving Warfighter WWII: Mediterranean players tougher defensive missions and more entrenched opposition.
