A War of Whispers is a strategy game of hidden agendas and political manipulation. Five empires are at war, but players are not the rulers of those empires. Instead, each player controls a secret society betting on the outcome of the war and quietly manipulating armies, loyalties and positions so their preferred factions end the game in power.

The Collector’s Edition upgrades the game with sculpted miniatures, faction banners, enhanced board presentation and collector-style packaging.
