ASL Action Pack #19: Roads to Rangoon

ASL Action Pack #19: Roads to Rangoon adds more Burma campaign action to the Advanced Squad Leader system, following on from Action Pack #9: To The Bridge!.

The pack focuses on fighting in March and April 1942 between Japanese forces, allied Burmese Independence Army troops, and British Commonwealth forces. Many scenarios are tournament-sized, with Japanese infantry sometimes supported by light armour and guns, facing Commonwealth infantry, Gurkhas, Stuart tanks from the 7th Armoured Brigade, and even Chinese forces in one scenario.

All 10 scenarios were designed by Gary Fortenberry, while the three included double-sided geomorphic mapboards were painted by Charlie Kibler and are compatible with previous ASL mapboards. This makes the pack useful both for the included scenarios and for expanding future ASL terrain options.

This is a strong choice for experienced ASL players interested in the Burma campaign, Japanese infantry actions, Commonwealth forces, and compact scenario play.

Requires: the Advanced Squad Leader core game system. This is not a standalone product.

Contents include: three 11" x 16" double-sided geomorphic mapboards, 20a/b, 21a/b, and 22a/b, plus 10 ASL scenarios, AP205–AP214.
