ASL Battle of the Hedgerows: Drive for Saint-Lô

ASL Battle of the Hedgerows: Drive for Saint-Lô is a Tactical Mission Pack for Advanced Squad Leader, focused on the fighting north of Saint-Lô in Normandy.

The pack centres on the U.S. 35th “Santa Fe” Division’s attempt to capture the ancient city of Saint-Lô. Blocking the advance are the worn but dangerous German troops of Kampfgruppe Kentner from the 352. Infanterie-Division.

The action is played on a historically based 24½" x 32" map of the Le Mare–Le Carillon Nose feature, located about two miles north of Saint-Lô. The pack includes one Tactical Mission, functioning as a campaign game, along with five scenarios for more focused play.

This is a good choice for ASL players interested in Normandy bocage fighting, Saint-Lô, and campaign-style tactical play on a historical map.

Requires: the Advanced Squad Leader core game system. This is not a standalone product.
