Band of Brothers: Stalin’s Favorite is a standalone tactical World War II game focused on the Soviet 2nd Guards Tank Army from 1943 to 1945. The scenarios cover Eastern Front battles from Kursk through the later campaigns toward Germany, with Soviet armour, German opposition, infantry, tanks, artillery, suppression, and fast-playing tactical action.

The Band of Brothers system uses a distinctive suppression model that keeps combat tense without relying on heavy combat charts. This volume can be played on its own and also expands the wider Band of Brothers series.

Contents include: eight new maps on four double-sided hard-mounted boards, five counter sheets, two series rulebooks, two scenario books with 16 scenarios, two player aids, two ten-sided dice, and counter tray.
