BattleTech: Beginner Box – Mercenaries Cover

BattleTech: Beginner Box – Mercenaries Cover is an introductory starter set for classic BattleTech. It is designed as the first step into the game, giving new players a quick and approachable way to learn BattleMech combat before moving on to larger boxed sets such as BattleTech: A Game of Armored Combat.

This mercenary-cover version includes the same kind of beginner-friendly setup: quick-start rules, miniatures, a double-sided map, record sheets, pilot cards, dice, fiction, and setting material. It focuses on getting players into action quickly while introducing the core feel of BattleTech: tactical movement, weapon fire, armour damage, and MechWarrior personality.

This is a standalone beginner product and includes what you need to start learning BattleTech.

Contents include: two fully assembled unpainted miniatures, a 12-page rulebook, eight wet-erase record sheets, a 24-page fiction novella, a 4-page universe primer, four pilot cards, one double-sided 18″ x 22″ full-colour paper map, a punchboard of additional BattleMechs and terrain, and two dice.
