Blenheim, 1704 is a tactical two-player wargame covering one of the decisive battles of the War of Spanish Succession. One player commands Marlborough’s British and Allied army, while the other leads Tallard’s Franco-Bavarian forces.

The game uses Legion Wargames’ Seven Hex System, where the battlefield is divided into larger areas made up of seven hexes. This gives players room to choose formations and positions within each area, while still keeping the focus on command decisions, timing, reserves, and the difficulty of making a battle plan survive contact with the enemy.

Contents include: one 22" x 34" map, 176 playing pieces, 16-page rulebook, two player aid cards, one setup card, and two six-sided dice.
