Crusader Kingdoms Deluxe

Crusader Kingdoms Deluxe is an updated reprint of Worthington Publishing’s Crusader-era strategy game for 1 to 4 players. Set during the age of the First, Second, and Third Crusades, the game lets each player control one of Outremer’s major Christian or Muslim kingdoms, expanding through cards, military pressure, intrigue, and control of key areas.

Each turn, players receive cards representing troops, events, and responses, then play them to strengthen their realm, attack rivals, defend holdings, and shift the balance of power in the Holy Land. The winner is the player who controls the most areas at the end of the game, but the route there can involve direct conquest, political maneuvering, and careful timing.

The Deluxe edition includes four different games across the First, Second, and Third Crusades, with options for competitive, cooperative, and solitaire play. One side of the mounted board covers the First and Third Crusades, while the other side covers the Second Crusade and Saladin.
