District 9: The Board Game

District 9: The Board Game is a standalone competitive science fiction board game based on the film District 9.

Product Type: Standalone board game / competitive sci-fi strategy game.

Players take on the roles of factions entering District 9 during the three days of the film’s events. Using orders, cards, units, and modular district tiles, each faction competes to control the district, interact with the local population and iconic characters, and salvage the largest stockpile of alien technology.

The changing tile layout gives the board a different shape each game, while the rising unrest in the district pushes the conflict toward the final chaos of Wikus’ last stand.
