Invasion 1066: Stamford Bridge is a tactical wargame on the Battle of Stamford Bridge, fought shortly before the Battle of Hastings. After defeating an English army at Gate Fulford, Harald Hardrada’s Viking force is caught by surprise by King Harold Godwinson’s army.

The game is the second title in the Invasion 1066 series and offers a fast, brutal treatment of medieval battle, morale, disorder, routing units, shield walls, leaders, and close combat.

Contents include: 17" x 22" mounted map, one sheet of 5/8" die-cut counters, player aid card, 16-page rulebook, 8 six-sided dice, and game box.
