Norway, 1940: A PQ-17 Expansion adds the Norwegian campaign of 1940 to PQ-17, with British, French, Polish, and German naval and air forces.

This ziplock expansion focuses on the air-naval struggle around Norway, where both Allied and German plans collided with neutrality, weather, coastal defenses, and the uncertain timing of invasion. Special rules cover elements such as Norwegian defenses, faulty German torpedoes, shore bombardment, forward naval bases, and secretly determined campaign conditions.

The expansion includes operational scenarios for key phases of the campaign, including Weserübung, Sickle, and Juno, as well as a full 1940 campaign scenario with a semi-abstract ground system.

This is a strong addition for PQ-17 players who want a different naval situation with unusual forces, difficult choices, and plenty of historical tension.
