Quartermaster General: South Front is a standalone two-player World War II strategy game from Ares Games, set in the Mediterranean theatre.

The game covers the struggle for Southern Europe, North Africa, and the Mediterranean from summer 1940 to spring 1944. One player controls the Axis forces of Germany, Italy, and their allies, while the other controls the Allied forces of the United Kingdom, the United States, and Free France.

Each player uses a unique deck of cards representing that side’s equipment, manpower, and strategic options. Players compete for geographical objectives over 16 seasonal rounds, with victory points scored during key scoring phases. Naval dominance, supply, and timing are central to the campaign, especially as the Axis tries to act before Allied strength fully builds.

Quartermaster General: South Front is the second title in the two-player Quartermaster General Front series.
