Victory at Sea: Original 1992 Edition is a strategic-level naval wargame covering the Battle of the Atlantic and the wider European sea war.

Players take the roles of Allied and Axis fleet commanders, fighting for control of vital sea areas through capital ships, U-Boats, convoys, airpower, mines, and surface raiders. The Allies have the larger fleet, but must protect convoys, control the Mediterranean, and hunt dangerous German and Italian naval forces across a wide theater.

Based on the tradition of classic area-movement naval games, Victory at Sea is easy to learn while still rewarding clever planning and timing. It is well suited to beginners looking for an accessible naval wargame, while still offering experienced players a tense strategic contest.
