Waterloo 1815: Fallen Eagles II is a revised Hexasim wargame covering Napoleon’s final battle. Using the Eagles of France system, it presents Waterloo as a playable one-day battle with emphasis on morale, formation commitment, attrition, and timing rather than excessive tactical chrome.

This edition updates the earlier Fallen Eagles design with revised maps, counters, scenario material, and the current system rules. It is well suited to Napoleonic players who want a detailed but manageable treatment of Waterloo at regiment and formation level.
