ASL Crossing the Moro: Battle for Villa Rogatti

ASL Crossing the Moro: Battle for Villa Rogatti is an ASL-compatible Scenario and Campaign Game pack covering the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry’s fight to capture Villa Rogatti in December 1943.

The action takes place during the Canadian advance toward Ortona, as the 1st Canadian Infantry Division attempts to cross the heavily defended Moro River. On the left flank of the divisional attack, the PPCLI is tasked with securing Villa Rogatti and holding against German counterattacks.

The pack includes a historical map of the Villa Rogatti area, four scenarios played on different parts of the map, and a four-scenario-date campaign game. Chapter CM provides the special rules needed to play the campaign.

This is a focused Italian Campaign module for players interested in Canadian operations, the Moro River fighting, and campaign-style tactical play on a historical map.

Requires: the Advanced Squad Leader core game system or another compatible tactical WWII system. This is not a standalone product.
