Combat Infantry: EastFront 1941–43 is a fast-playing World War II tactical block wargame from Columbia Games, covering squad-level combat on the Eastern Front. Players command German or Soviet infantry battalions, supported by mortars, tanks, leaders and heavy weapons.

The game uses Columbia’s wooden block system to create fog of war and simple step reduction. Enemy units are not fully visible until revealed, making scouting, positioning and uncertainty central to play. Units are organized by battalion, company and platoon, giving the game a clear tactical structure while keeping play fast and accessible.
