Command & Colors: Napoleonics – EPIC Napoleonics (6th Expansion)

Command & Colors: Napoleonics – EPIC Napoleonics expands the Command & Colors system to handle much larger battles, introducing new formats for multi-player and large-scale engagements.

This is a tactical battlefield expansion, where command cards drive unit activation and dice resolve combat, just like in the base game—but across significantly larger maps and with more units in play.

The expansion introduces two new formats:

• EPIC Battles, designed for 2 players but scalable up to 4 or 6, using a new Courier system to increase tempo and decision-making.
• The Grand Battles, intended for larger groups (up to 8 players), where a Commander-in-Chief directs multiple Corps commanders across a wide battlefield.

The scenarios include standard, EPIC, and Grand versions of famous engagements such as Austerlitz, Salamanca, and Aspern-Essling. Larger maps and expanded forces create a different feel, emphasizing coordination, timing, and battlefield management across multiple sectors.

While the scale increases, the core system remains familiar, making it easy for existing players to step into larger battles without learning a new ruleset.

EPIC Napoleonics is especially suitable for players who enjoy Command & Colors: Napoleonics and want bigger battles, multi-player experiences, and more ambitious scenarios.
