Command & Colors: Napoleonics – The Spanish Army expands the Command & Colors system with Spanish forces from the Peninsular War.

This is a tactical battlefield expansion, using the familiar command card and battle dice system while adding the distinctive strengths and weaknesses of the Spanish army. Players command Spanish formations in battles where troop quality, leadership challenges, and national characteristics create a different tactical puzzle from other Coalition armies.

The expansion includes 18 historical scenarios from 1808 to 1813, including Bailén, Talavera, Tamames, Albuera, Vitoria, San Marcial, and other Peninsular War engagements. It also provides the Spanish unit blocks, labels, terrain, and reference cards needed to field the army.

The Spanish army is not simply another Coalition force. Its varied troop quality and difficult command situation make it a rewarding challenge for experienced Command & Colors: Napoleonics players, while the scenarios show why Spain remained a major drain on French resources throughout the war.
