Europe in Turmoil II: The Interbellum Years is a two-player card-driven strategy game from Compass Games covering European politics between the First and Second World Wars. Players take the roles of moderate left-wing and moderate right-wing political forces, competing for influence while trying to manage, exploit or restrain the extremist movements rising around them.

The game covers the uneasy peace after Versailles, the Roaring Twenties, the Great Depression, rearmament, the weakness of the League of Nations, the rise of Fascism, the spread of Communism, political instability in Central and Eastern Europe, and the Spanish Civil War. Each card represents historical events and pressures that can reshape the balance of power across Europe.
