Hubris: Twilight of the Hellenistic World covers the late Hellenistic age from 220 to 165 BCE, as the great successor kingdoms of Alexander struggle for dominance while Rome rises in the west. Players lead the Ptolemies, Seleucids, and Macedon through dynastic rivalry, shifting leadership, territorial ambitions, and the growing danger of Roman intervention.

The game combines card-driven events, leader blocks, territorial objectives, and kingdom-specific paths to victory. Each dynasty must build prestige and power while avoiding the overreach that gives the game its title.

Contents include: mounted map, leader cards, event cards, Roman Agenda cards, Punic Wars cards, optional Satrapy mini-cards, leader blocks with stickers, counters and markers, player aids, solitaire guidelines, dice, rulebook, and playbook.
