Tru’ng Bot Update for Fire in the Lake

Tru’ng Bot Update for Fire in the Lake adds a modern card-based non-player system to Fire in the Lake, making it easier to play the game solo or with fewer human players.

Based on the bot approach first developed for Gandhi, the Tru’ng system uses faction-specific operation cards to decide how non-player factions act. It is designed to be faster to use than older flowchart systems while still responding to the strategic situation on the board.

The bot can control any faction in Fire in the Lake and can be used in different combinations of human and non-player factions. That makes it a very practical upgrade for players who love the game but do not always have four players available.

This is a support product rather than a standalone game, but for regular Fire in the Lake players it can make the system much easier to bring to the table.

Contents include: 24 double-sided operations cards, one 11 x 17 inch player aid, one reference card, and rulebook.
