Undaunted 2200: Callisto is a standalone game in the Undaunted series, moving the system from historical battlefields to a 22nd-century conflict on Jupiter’s moon Callisto. Tensions between Earth’s corporate backers and the mining collective operating the base have erupted into open combat, with private security forces, repurposed industrial vehicles, and reactivated military mechs fighting for control.

The game adapts the familiar Undaunted deck-building, tactical movement, and scenario-based combat to a new science-fiction setting. Players battle across illustrated map boards, use asymmetric forces, seize high-ground positions, and bring powerful mechs and vehicles into play. It supports 2-player, 4-player, and solo modes.

"Inspired by a historical mining conflict, Undaunted 2200: Callisto spares no effort in pulling you into its story and making every battle feel like it has weight and is part of an overarching campaign. We played through the whole campaign and ended up at a perfect draw.

While some scenarios felt a little lopsided when we first tried them, the campaign as a whole felt quite balanced, even though the factions are asymmetric. That asymmetry also means that once you have played through the campaign as one faction, you may want to start a new campaign as the other.

One of the missions has all the different units available and similar objectives for both sides, making it the perfect “sandbox” mode for Undaunted 2200: Callisto. It is ideal when you want to sit down and play a balanced scenario where you can use your favourite squad, mech, or vehicle without starting a whole new campaign.

The double-sided map boards also dramatically reduce set-up time.
