Bismarck Solitaire: Deluxe Edition is a solitaire naval wargame from Worthington Publishing, based on the popular Bismarck Solitaire bookgame. You command the German battleship Bismarck, the cruiser Prinz Eugen, and supporting U-boats as they attempt to break into the Atlantic, raid convoys, engage British warships, and survive the Royal Navy’s relentless hunt.

This is a sea-hunt game played against an AI bot focused on one objective: sink the Bismarck. The German side must balance aggression and survival, choosing when to search for convoys, when to engage enemy ships, and when to avoid the growing British response. The Royal Navy has the advantage in numbers, ships, and aircraft, so every mission becomes a tense calculation of risk, damage, fuel, and escape.

The Deluxe board game edition turns the original bookgame system into a tactile tabletop format, with wooden ship pieces, wooden cubes, mission charts, a ship-status board, and a double-sided hard-mounted main board. One side covers the strategic North Atlantic hunt, while the other focuses on the Battle of Denmark Strait as Bismarck attempts to break out into open waters.
