Chantilly: Jackson’s Missed Opportunity

Chantilly: Jackson’s Missed Opportunity is a small-format American Civil War board wargame from Decision Games covering the confused battle near Chantilly on 1 September 1862. After the Confederate victory at Second Bull Run, Stonewall Jackson attempted to get behind the retreating Union army, but mud, fatigue, and hastily gathered Federal resistance turned the pursuit into a dangerous fight for both sides.

Using the QuickPlay Musket & Saber rules, the game presents a brigade-level battle where players must manage limited forces, timing, and battlefield position. The rules booklet can also be used with other Musket & Saber folio-series designs.
