Gettysburg Solitaire: Board Game Edition

Gettysburg Solitaire: Board Game Edition is the full-size boxed board game version of Worthington Publishing’s popular Gettysburg Solitaire bookgame. You take command of the Confederate army during the Battle of Gettysburg and try to break the Union position across the first two days of fighting.

The game focuses on July 1 and July 2, 1863. On the first day, your goal is to crush the Union I and XI Corps and drive the Union army from Gettysburg. On the second day, the battle becomes harder as you fight through Devil’s Den and Little Round Top while Union reserves arrive from Culp’s Hill.

This boxed edition gives the solitaire system a more tactile board game format, with a double-sided hard-mounted board instead of the smaller bookgame format. One side covers July 1, while the other covers July 2, letting players replay the battle as a compact solo challenge with clear objectives and escalating pressure.
