Star Wars: The Clone Wars – A Pandemic System Game brings the cooperative Pandemic system to the Clone Wars era. Players take on the roles of legendary Jedi, including Ahsoka Tano, Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda, Mace Windu, Aayla Secura, and Luminara Unduli, working together against Separatist droid forces.

Instead of containing disease outbreaks, players travel between planets, fight battle droids, complete missions, and confront iconic villains from the Dark Side. The game includes multiple scenarios featuring enemies such as Count Dooku, Maul, General Grievous, and Asajj Ventress, giving each play a different villain, objective structure, and tactical challenge.

The game is fully standalone and does not require Pandemic or any other Star Wars board game to play. Z-Man lists it as a 1–5 player game with a 60-minute play time.
