Stuka Leader

Stuka Leader is a solitaire tactical air game in the DVG Leader series, putting players in command of German aerial squadrons across World War II in Europe.

You’ll select pilots, assign aircraft, and plan missions using a wide range of Luftwaffe aircraft, including the Ju 87 Stuka, Me 109, Fw 190, He 111, Me 262, and more. Each aircraft has its own strengths and weaknesses, so choosing the right mix for each mission is a major part of the game.

Based on systems used in Corsair Leader and Zero Leader, Stuka Leader adds its own operational flavor with rules for fuel barrels, wounds, bailouts, campaign-specific targets, and a different tactical display. Missions can play quickly, but the campaign structure gives your choices longer-term consequences.

This one should work well for solo players who enjoy WWII air operations, squadron management, fast tactical missions, and the familiar planning pressure of the Leader series.

Contents include: a 17" x 22" game board, rulebook, 237 pilot cards, 9 campaign sheets, dogfight and bomber charts, 43 target cards, 30 event cards, 2 dice, and more than 1,000 counters.
