Debrecen 1944: Storms in the East 2 – Hungary is a Vae Victis wargame on the major armored fighting in Hungary during October 1944.

After the fighting around Turda, the Soviet 2nd Ukrainian Front attacks toward Budapest, aiming to break through Army Group South and open the road into Hungary. Soviet mobile groups, tank formations, and infantry armies push hard, while German and Hungarian forces counterattack with panzer and panzergrenadier formations in an effort to save the 8th Army and protect the approaches to Budapest.

The game covers a fluid and violent campaign of armored movement, breakthroughs, counterattacks, and encirclement threats around Arad, Debrecen, Nyíregyháza, and Tokaj. It is a compact operational wargame for players interested in late-war Eastern Front battles beyond the most familiar campaigns.
