Franklin: November 29–30, 1864 lets players refight the battles of Spring Hill and Franklin, Tennessee, during Hood’s 1864 Tennessee Campaign. It is Volume V in Worthington’s Civil War Brigade Battle Series, following Antietam, Shiloh, The Seven Days Battles, and Gettysburg.

The game covers two linked actions. At Spring Hill, Confederate General John Bell Hood tries to trap part of Schofield’s Union army before it can escape north. At Franklin, Hood launches a desperate attack against Union forces near the Harpeth River, creating one of the most brutal and costly battles of the late Civil War.

Players can fight Spring Hill and Franklin as separate battles or use the game to explore the broader two-day crisis. With brigade-level forces, 3/4" counters, two player aids, and a double-sided mounted board, Franklin 1864 is aimed at players who enjoy accessible Civil War battle games with strong historical focus and manageable playing time.
